&lt;P&gt;If the sound increases &amp;amp; decreases then it will not be the remote that is the problem but the TV's&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;May I suggest you try a power down restart of your TV (i.e. unplug the TV or switch off at mains , wait &amp;gt;30s before&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;re-applying the power)&lt;/P&gt;</description>
