Amazon Prime on sky mini playing up

Hi sorry if I've missed an answer somewhere but this is my problem

I have a sky q box and a sky mini

On the sky mini I can get to Amazon Prime and am logged in

But am trying to watch the latest eps of Neighbours and I get get a "video is currently unavailable" message.

I've checked that I'm regsitered as beogn in the UK on Amazon so can't think what else to do? Do i need to tell Amazon on the sky mini I'm in the UK? Watched all eps so far with no probem!

Reboot the box?
