when I try and log into Discovery +

I have tried to log into discovery +. I scan the QR code and it then asks me to enter my e mail and password. It then tells me that either my e mail or Password is not recognised but I can sign into anything else with this information, The app is included in my package

when I open Sky Marketplace, the discovery + app doesn't even appear.
