PIN Reset doesnt work

I have Sky Q, installed last week. My old PIN doesnt work.

I reset the PIN as described , but the new PIN is rejected too.

The last 4 digits of viewing card also do not work.

This means I cant watch many programs.

Viewing Card Error on Catch Up

I have Sky Q installed last week.

I cant view many programs, with the error of Insert Correct Viewing Card.

Also cant watch recorded programsd or watch Catch Up for simple channels such as Ch5, due to the same error.

I changed the recording settings from HD to SD, which allowed my to watch half of a recorded program before it stopped and gave the same Viewing Card error

Yes, I tried and have done that.

The box appears to forget or ignore the PIN reset.

The SkyQ Box keeps forgetting the PIN reset.

Even immediately afer resetting it, the box occasionally says it is incorrect.
