Hiya, when I press the home button, I don't have the left hand side vertical menu, is this an update or is something wrong.

hi @Boobooee

This is not normal - the Home button should return you to the main home page with the Menu options on the left

May I suggest a power down restart of your main SKY Q box :

Use the remote to place it into standby mode (if possible)
Then remove the power to it (either switch off at mains or remove the power plug)
Wait at least 30s
Then re-apply the power & wait for it to fully restart - this may take a few minutes.

Many thanks nigea99, I'll try this later, I've also noticed my Skystore is missing and I tried to reset the box with the 001 hidddn menu, but I don't have the settings option as the menu is missing, I'll try a full power cycle later today and let you know if it solves the issue, many thx again.
