    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello. All of a sudden my sky viewing card is saying it is no longer active. It was working fune yesterday. I have followed the activation steps but still nothing. I have spoken to the online robot and the process to order a new replacement card. How do i know if this has been successfully ordered or not? Should i get an email, as nothing has come through?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
