Do you lose your recordings when you replace your sky Q box ?

Our sky Q box was replaced , when the new one was up and running all our recordings went missing . Is this right or should they still be available to me ?

Hi @Martin109

Afraid all recordings are lost.

You can re download any Buy and Keep from Sky Store but not recordings .

Hi @Martin109

You can always check if anything you want is available on Q Catch up or On Demand.

Also bear in mind that any Series links you had must be reset because they do not carry over to a replacement Q box.
