@Amra You will have to call Sky to request an engineer visit, there will be a charge for that I believe it's £65 and be prepared for it not to be before the new year.

I managed to speak to someone at Sky.

it is getting sorted out.

Thanks for this. I have the same requirement (to move my main box to another room). Appreciate I need to call Sky for an engineer to come, and that there will be a charge. What I can find is the phone number! Do you know what number I need to call? Many thanks

If you have the MY SKY app I think you may be able to find a number there - especially if you are a SKY VIP member
