&lt;P&gt;To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Sky Q Main Box Error 3304 on Paramount+</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am getting Licence Error 3304 on all Paramount+ content on Main Sky Q box. I can watch videos on the Mini boxes, and the progress of where I have watched to on the mini box is fed back to the main Sky Q.&amp;nbsp; So far I have tried the following&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Full power off of Sky Q box for 60 minutes.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Log out / in to Paramount Plus App.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Refresh&amp;nbsp; Apps from 001(Select) Settings &amp;gt;&amp;gt; Apps.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Reinsert viewing card .&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Settings &amp;gt;&amp;gt; System Info &amp;gt;&amp;gt; Viewing&amp;nbsp; Card &amp;gt;&amp;gt; Set Up &amp;gt;&amp;gt; Pair viewing card / trigger call back on Set Up .&amp;nbsp; But I think the box remembers the viewing card fro before - so it might not necessarily be re-pairing.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Check for Software Updates ( Most recent versions installed)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;So far nothing has worked. Please advise on how to fix&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
