Voice Command

Towards the end of its life my voice command worked with everything accept when you say 'prime'. It would register you had said it on the TV screen but channel wouldn't change. All other commands worked. Just got a new remote and got the same issue!

What are you trying to access - is it Amazon Prime app or a TV Channel (I don;t know all the channels there are)

If it is Amazon Prime - please try saying Amazon Prime

If it is a TV channel is there a longer name you could use ?

Alternatively try 'Channel nnn' where nnn is the channel number

@MikeGreg The above is correct, saying "Prime" will not open the Amazon Prime app, you need to say "Amazon Prime"

Thanks to everyone, it does work when you say Amazon Video. Just don't understand why up until last month I could say just 'prime,'

They do adjust the keywords from time to time & there may be a reason why they changed this (maybe something due that could be confused with it). although we have no idea if this is the case or why..
