      <title>Poor picture quality / breaking up</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My Sky Q picture often pixelates - not only during poor weather/rain - but often due to data requirements (ie large data / complex pictures) - I can also guarantee for example that during "THE SIMPSONS" - It will pixelate once after about 10 minutes - this is annoying.......&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Has anybody got a reason for this ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is this something that can be fixed by a larger dish or realignment ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We did not get a new dish, when we downgraded from HD to Q, 13 months ago&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You should run through the troubleshooing &lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-tv-no-satellite-signal" target="_self"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt; and at the end it will offer you the option of booking an engineer visit.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
