Sky Q Box is broken

We've got a Sky Q box in one of the bedroom that no-longer works at all, like it does turn on but it's completely stuck trying to load, and restarting the machine doesn't work, so what do I do now? Can these be sent back to Sky for repairs, or have a replacement sent, or do you have to buy a new Sky Q box from Sky?

you can get sky to replace it. You can't buy and never own them, they are loaned and maintained as part of your contract.
