&lt;P&gt;To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://community.sky.com/t5/Did-you-know/Escalating-a-post-to-a-Sky-expert/ba-p/3711147" target="_blank"&gt;https://community.sky.com/t5/Did-you-know/Escalating-a-post-to-a-Sky-expert/ba-p/3711147&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have error code 3304 coming up when trying to watch anything on Paramount +.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have re-booted the Sky box twice, re-booted our rooter and signed out of / back in to the Paramount + app. &amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I see some others have had their cases escalated straight away. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you very much.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It turns out that Netflix has also stopped working. Interestingly Netflix and Paramount + both work on the television apps.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have just established that Netflix and Paramount work on another television in the house via a Sky Mini Box.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Both channels work on the television Apps (not Sky) linked to the SKY Q box so there is clearly nothing wrong with the internet connection. It seems to be just the main SKY Q box which has the issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The television connected to the main SKY Q box is a 2019 Samsung QLED 43". I did see it completing an update yesterday, I wondered if that has anything to do with this issue?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
