Sky Q remote voice control not working

Hi all

first time asking for help, my Sky Q remote voice control has recently stopped working properly. When I now ask it for the Prime App it goes to BBC London ?

any suggestions?

Hi @Mtoracle1

First reset your broadband router.
If on Sky broadband hold the Reset on the back of the router until the power light flashes green (about 10 seconds). Don't unplug or switch off your router while it resets. The power light will go green when it's done.
If on 3rd party broadband and your router does not have a reset button, reboot it by disconnecting the power lead for 30 secs and then reconnecting.
Wait until the router is completely back and running and then try completly resetting your Bluetooth remote.
Press and hold 7 & 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times.
Then make sure that you are pointing your remote at the Q box and press 1 & 3 together until the remote led flashes and follow onscreen instructions to re- pair.

Try saying amazon prime video not just prime or prime tv it seems not to recognise short commands also paramount is now paramount plus
