Screen lags and stutters.

My tv screen freezes and stutters while watching live, recorded and dowloaded programs.

Downloading is extremely slow.

Software issues appears on some recordings.

A black screen appears for a few seconds when changing channels.

There is no problem with the internet connection and I have done alot of the recommended steps outlined in other posts:

- Software update but the latest software was already installed

- Factory reset of the sky Q box

- Re boot of the router and sky q box and mini box

Call sky and get your box replaced and it will start working fine

thanks @Mark_Jabez but unfortunately I haven't managed to get past the automated service.
