2nd sky box not working

We had a powe cut, the main sky box came back on, but the 2nd box in a different room in the house will not come back on. It has power but we can't get the light on the box to go green and it won't connect to the TV?

Hi @Robin661

Have you tried pressing the Standby button (Amber led) on the front of the mini box.
If this turns the mini box on
Try completly resetting your mini Bluetooth remote.
Press and hold 7 & 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times.
Then make sure that you are pointing your remote at the mini box and press 1 & 3 together until the led flashes and follow onscreen instructions to re- pair.
