topic sky channel sound in Sky Q

On sky channels and Netflix my sound needs to go to over point 60 for me to hear. On terrestrial channels it is 19. There is something wrong with sky settings or box but I don't know what.

hi @David2591

Has ths always been the case or has something changed ?

Have you tried using a different HDMI port ?

Have you any other device (Streaming Stick or blu-ray/DVD player) you can use in the same HDMI port to see if that also is low.

Either way may I suggest you try a full power down (i.e. unplug or switch off at mains) restart of both your TV & SKY Q box to see if that helps

Works if sky Q box is set to 'normal' instead of dolby, which is what the TV is capable of. That sounds is a bit tiny though. Have not tied other HDMI cable..
