No sky when puting in a new tv.

My tv was broken and I connected to another tv but when I re-power by sky box I get the hello msg but after it says do not turn off your tv it just goes to blue screen on my tv and I don't get the home screen or menu.

Hi @Bill359

First make sure that the TV is switched on and is switched to the HDMI input to which the Q box is connected.
Then with the Q box switched on with green led illuminated
Press
Home 1 0 8 0 Home
on the Q box remote control.

This will change the Q box to standard resolution which should work for all TV’s.
