Hi came across this I'm having poor signal on exactly these channels (I do subscribe lol). All others look fine so guess it'll need an engineers visit. Frustrating as it was only installed about 2 months ago..

Would you recommend just phoning them or is there a way to book one on line? Many thanks 🙂

If your dish is slightly mis-aligned it's normal to lose just a few channels.

You may also be missing some others which are broadcast on the same frequency as Nat Geo and Yesterday including:

Nat Geo Wild

Sky History

Crime+Investigation

Sky Mix

(all the above are HD versions).

@Martin119
If a “no satellite signal” message is displayed firstly check that the connections from the Sky dish going into the back of your Sky Q box are still finger tight. Also check out the troubleshooting on this link
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-tv-no-satellite-signal-sky-q
It may then give you the opportunity to arrange an engineer to check the alignment of your dish (it’s not something that will necessarily be visible to the naked eye and could only affect one or two channels). If you’re on a communal dish you may initially need to liaise with your landlord or building management company.

Hi, I've mislead you - they work and record but I can't play the record? It says I need to pay subscription
