    <description>&lt;P&gt;My tv is saying no satellite signal. My wifi is working fine but I can't Access any of my apps, no Netflix no Disney+ so I literally cannot use my tv at all. It's not the weather, nor the satellite dish or anything else they've troubleshooted. I can't get an engineer for another week! But absolutely no service. I can't talk to anyone as it's all automated and I'm livid I'm paying over £100 a month for a service I'm not even receiving.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;How much you pay per month is not relevant as it won't get you an engineer any quicker nor should it&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The forum can't speed up any engineer visits either.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
