@michellemariefinc As this us a customer helps customer forum you'll need to call to cancel, however if your in a minium term you won't be able to.

To remove part of your Sky Q/+ TV package you will need to contact Sky and give 31 days notice. As you seem to have found if you have 'in contract' discounts you may not be able to remove them. Also make sure cancellation of a certain add-on doesn’t cancel another discount. You can either call or use the messaging service to cancel this
