      <title>Message saying problem with network connection</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Message on tv since yesterday saying problem with network connection. Followed instructions on &amp;nbsp;tv, reset router twice, switched off tv and Sky Q box twice. Satellite signal good and 4 green lights on router. Tablet and phone can connect to internet&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you. Managed to get network connection problem solved by myself. Sky HelpDesk no help at all as I could neither hear nor understand the person on the phone!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
