New Q Box lost purchases in box office

Have had a new Q Box installed today.
My Box Office purchase of Boxing for tomorrow has disappeared.
When I have tried to book it again it states 'We're sorry this event isn't available in your region'.

How do I recover my original purchase

Plus all my recordings have gone. The engineer said they would still be there ?

Your normal recordings are lost I'm afraid. Purchases from Sky Store should be retrievable.

If the Box Office Purchase is retrievable, how do I get it back please.... and why would it state not available in your region for the same purchase now?

the box office event is not until 4pm tomorrow
