Unable to buy additional Mini Box

Currently have sky Q with one mini box. entitled to have four in total. tried to purchase an additional mini box online via MySky. Will not accept order or payment, even though funds are available and no bank issues. robot is useless and no humans available to speak with. Does anyone know what the issue is or have any ideas to resolve?

You can't/don't purchase a mini box, they are loaned to you the same as the main box. If the ordering error continues you will need to persevere on the phone. Calls are being answered but there may be delays .

@Daniel0210. My apologies, perhaps I should have demonstrated my clearer understanding after 26 years by instead stating "I wish to enter into a financial transaction in order to obtain an additional Mini Box". But thanks anyway

No problem. You'd be surprised as to how many people post on here believing they have purchased Sky Q boxes.

Hard to say without knowing exactly what point it fails at. You can talk to a Sky advisor if you persevere past the robot guards.
