Not getting sky cinema

I have just entered a new 18 month contract with sky and when I checked sky cinema this morning it's saying I do not have the subscription for this. Please help

Did you renew an existing package or are you a new Sky Q customer? I take it you have taken up an offer for Sky Cinema?

I just renewed my package with sky. I am unsure if sky cinema has been added or not, was this on my package before?
