We are having trouble getting our Sky Plus Main Box and mini boxes to connect to our broadband . It keeps dropping out and for the last 2 days its been very poor. Our Broadband is working perfectly with laptops etc so we guess the problem might be the hardware from Sky. We have had it for a long time so maybe needs replacing. We are Sky Diamond members but cant seem to find anyone to talk to about this. We have tried all the options to reboot etc but this keeps happening. Most days we are getting drop out.

Any suggestions greatly welcome.
