Can’t upgrade to Sky F1

Despite trying on the app, website and through the tv, I still cannot upgrade to Sky F1. Called in 3 days ago and spent half an hour on the phone to advisor who could not sort it either and said would escalate. Still not heard anything.

Thanks for that but unfortunately it still doesn't work. I get an immediate screen saying thank you for your order but nothing happens and I never receive an email confirming upgrade. Looks like another call tomorrow!
