Sky Q remote control not working

Hi, my remote control is not working. Not one button works - the on/off; the Home; the arrows; the numbers; absolutely none of them. I've changed the batteries and reset the Sky Q box, but still nothing. I've been able to switch the box on by using the button on the box but can't manoevre around the site. What do I do? Can you get me a new remote control? Thanks, Marion

As other customers we can't do that.

For your information tgat link isn't available in the ROI.

It may be quicker to purchase a new remote from a retailer or larger supermarket. If you do that as well as the above you’ll have a spare.
