      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm having same problem with Sky Q Box, had appointment but rescheduled 3 days prior to 12th December 2024 this got cancelled (Do not know by whom) and got charged for Rescheduled appointment.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sky Q Box is still not working after doing everything that was said. All I want is an engineer to come out but now it says sending a new Sky Q Box out, I can't install the new Sky Q Box. Please help as I can't see were to contact Sky.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
