      <title>Sky tv keeps going off</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My Sky TV has been going off for days now.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would get only about one hour of tv before it goes off and starts saying - "there is a problem with your satellite".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am also unable to record any tv as well, its a nightmare.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You could enquire about an upgrade to Sky Q, whereupon an engineer would visit you and install a new LNB on your satellite dish and check all cabling. This would require a new contract to be agreed upon.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you'd rather stick with Sky+ then you'll need to contact an independent local satellite installer to come and check your dish &amp;amp; cabling.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
