    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I ordered a Sky broadband and Sky TV package when i moved house. The broadband has been set up but the Sky TV has not and we are being charged for both?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ive tried to get in contact with someone but no numbers have got me through to anyone and the help desk links do not give me any information.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
