      <title>Sky Q subtitles not showing when on</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;am hard of hearing so subtitles really important.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i can get them on my terrestrial source (LG tv supports) and Netflix (through sky package) but not on anything else sky.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;says subtitles are 'on' but none show.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thats any sky offering or bbc etc through sky.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;have reset/recycled etc but no joy.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;please help!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
