      <description>&lt;P&gt;My old Sky+ box has died.&amp;nbsp; The virtual assistant said I could upgrade to Sky Q at no extra cost.&amp;nbsp; However, the page it leads me to doesn't have Sky Q as an option.&amp;nbsp; Anyone know what to do in this situation?&amp;nbsp; Thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>
