I have e a signal saying a maximum.of mini boxes are in use . I only have three and up to today they have always worked

There's a maximum of 2 concurrent. (1 with older main Q boxes)

Only two minis can be in simultaneous use.

If any mini is using streaming Apps before the 3rd mini is switched on then you may be able to use three.
