Any error message displayed at the top of the screen? Could be your dish is out of alignment.

If that is the issue it’s not something that will necessarily be visible to the naked eye and could only affect one or two channels. If you’re on a communal dish you may initially need to liaise with your landlord or building management company but otherwise it'll need an engineer to check it.

Yes it is as long as you have your own dish.

Have you tried a reboot of your main box yet? Do the main box, then once that’s back up and running do the same with any mini boxes if necessary-
~ Using the remote put your main Sky Q box into standby
~ switch the box off at the plug
~ wait at least 30 seconds and then switch the box back on at the plug
~ follow the on screen instructions
~ when the screen goes blank and the blue Q stops pulsating wait another 30 seconds
~ press the 🏠 button

I have tried all that several times. It hasn't worked.
