topic Sky mini box not connecting in Sky Q https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Sky-Q/Sky-mini-box-not-connecting/m-p/4573195#M633295 <P>I have two mini boxes, one located on the top floor of my house and one located on the ground floor (same as router and main Q box). &nbsp;Never had issues over the past 4-5 years until the last few weeks when the box on the top floor was not performing correctly. It was pausing through programs not fast forwarding/ rewinding properly and giving the impression there was a signal problem. I went to reset the box but it wpuld not complete the setup. I swapped the box for the other mini box and I bought a WiFi booster which seemed to do the trick on the top floor. However I have come to setup the box on the ground floor that I tried to reset and I still cannot get it to go through the setup process. It will not connect to the main Q box or the router via the WPS process despite being about 12 feet away.
