    <description>&lt;P&gt;Has anyone had this issue?&amp;nbsp; I've just subscribed to Apple TV - but it won't work on Sky Q through the Apple TV app!&amp;nbsp; I go through the steps, scan the QR code on my phone, choose to subscribe, and then the TV updates the TV but when I go to watch something it says "play free episode or subscribe to apple tv" - which I have already done!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've refreshed the apps on the sky q box, i've updated the software, i've turned on and off again countless times and the same problem is persisting.&amp;nbsp; I've checked that the bank card I have subscribed with is the right one, is active etc.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can anyone shed any light?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have the exact same issue. I have redeemed the sky vip 3 month offer and it shows as active when I log into apple online.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also Apple Tv app works fine on the laptop and on apps downloaded directly to the TV, but the Apple TV app on the Sky Q box doesnt seem to recognise I have the subscription.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On the Apple TV app on Sky Q i can see my account and on there it also shows i have an active subscription until October 2024, however i can't watch anything as its still says Accept 7 Day trial instead of haveing the play/watch show button.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If i try to accept the 7 day free trial, I follow the steps and get to an error message obviously because i ALREADY have a subscription!!!! ARRGGGHHH&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've tried rebooting, logging in loggin out etc etc but no luck. Also Apple Suppport and Sky Support have been useless!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Still an issue for me. I discovered the apple website to watch apple TV also has the same issue as the sky box. But I can watch if I download the app onto a laptop or watch via the app on an Amazon Fire Stick.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So I have since been on to apple support for multiple calls and yet still no solution!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
