Disconnecting sky q constantly

My sky is continually disconnecting and I have no internet for a few minutes. The TV goes black and it also knocks out my google nest - this is extremely annoying .it comes back on again quite quickly but sometimes in a matter of minutes it happens again. Very frustrating it is becoming unwatchable . It seems to happens more often when watching programmes I have recorded.
