      <title>SkyQ help needed</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi I am having trouble with my skyQ box I have lost all of my sky channels and I can only get Freeview.Lastnight they were all fine but when I put my TV on this morning I can't get any sky channels.I have checked all of the connections and they are fine.Any help would be very appreciated thank you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;First check that your viewing card is correctly inserted. Viewing card is in the right hand end of the box. &lt;BR /&gt;If it is in correctly there is not enough of it sticking out to grip and remove it.&lt;BR /&gt;Push it fully in and it will pop out slightly enough so you can remove it.&lt;BR /&gt;Make sure that it is in chip side up and chip end in first. Push it gently fully in and you should feel a slight click when it is engaged. If it has popped out enough to remove it is not located correctly.&lt;BR /&gt;If you are satisfied that it is in correctly &lt;BR /&gt;Try refreshing your Viewing card.&lt;BR /&gt;Home - Settings - System info.&lt;BR /&gt;Highlight Viewing card number and then select Setup on the right hand side.&lt;BR /&gt;Then select Use this option to trigger a callback&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;No call is actually made but the Viewing card should be refreshed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;First reset your Q Bluetooth remote to infrared mode.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You can do this by pressing and holding 7 &amp;amp; 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Then see if the remote will operate the Q box. &amp;nbsp;As it is now in infrared it needs line of sight so you must point the remote at the Q box infrared sensor.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you can now operate your Q box you can re pair the remote.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;To do this make sure that you are pointing your remote at the Q box and press 1 &amp;amp; 3 together until the remote led flashes and follow onscreen instructions to re- pair.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
