Sky Q subtitles STILL too intrusive

I know this has been raised before in the last few years but STILL no change in the size and translucency of subtitles which, in their present form, frequently ruin enjoyment of programs.

Does anyone know how to raise this as an issue directly with Sky (or does anyone from Sky actually monitor this site and interact?).

I do think in this day & age this should have been improved (in fact imo should never have been so poorly implemented)

I am very fortunate that I do not need them

Are they still as bright as a mid-sized supernova on HDR stuff too?
