&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Ordering a new Q box usually means a doorstep swap.&lt;BR /&gt;Don’t forget to keep your viewing card from the failed box if you order a replacement.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;And don't assume the power cable for the new box is the same. Check that when you do the swap.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My remote is disconnected from tv so now I cannot do anything.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried to 7 and 9 1 and 3 thing but because the tv won't come on. It can't connect.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the sky box is finally showing a green light now. But still saying HDMI cable not &amp;nbsp;connected like before and it has nothing to do wit that.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If there's no image coming out of the box (assuming the TV's on the correct HDMI input) I think the box has had it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
