Hi there. I have a constant issue with my sky booster. It should have three green lights on it but the middle one constantly goes red.

If it's a Sky Q booster being used to connect to your Sky Router then proceed as follows:-

Hold the WPS button on your booster for 3 seconds until it flashes amber. Then hold the WPS button on the front of your hub for 3 seconds until it flashes amber - You'll need to do it within 2 minutes.
After a few minutes, the connected light will turn green. You're all set up.

If it being used between your main Q box and any minis then you need to press the WPS button on the Main Q box and not the router (in the steps above)

My booster constantly has the connected light as orange. Tried the steps above but no luck. 😭

Hi @FerreiraAJ

Perhaps your booster is out of range!
