Radio programme information missing?

My Sky Q box is no longer showing any programme information for any radio channel, which makes selecting a programme to record very difficult. According to Sky, programme information for the next seven days should be displayed. Is anyone else having this problem?

Which radio stations? A lot were removed last year as per this thread…

There is no programme information for any radio station, including BBC

The TV guide is not showing any radio programmes I've turned the box off and rebooted it but it's still not showing any radio listings is it the box or something else?

I've moved your post into a thread already mentioning this. I haven't checked the epg recently. You could email the Viewer Relations Team at viewerR@sky.uk if it continues.

I have Sky Go and there is no information in the programme guide for any listed radio station. I have tried switching off/on, checked software downloads, preferences set to "eco". If you select a radio channel you can still find out on screen information about the programme on the channel. This problem started yesterday!

is anyone unable to get listings for bbc radio 4 extra?

so, I am completely unable to get any listings for bbc radio 4 extra on my sky q box.

this is a recent thing, because I am always recording shows from it (especially comedy club)

if I speak in to the controller the radio 4 show I'm after, it will come up but it won't let me record it

any ideas?

I have been having the same problem since yesterday. I turned my box off and on, and still no radio listings.

As this is still an issue this morning I have made Sky Community staff aware on a closed forum. I'll update this thread as and when an update is provided.

Same for me too, it is totally blank this morning.

A box reboot had no effect.

As above, it has been reported in our Sky community closed area, so Sky are aware.

The only other thread is the one in a closed forum (for Superusers) where I've reported this to Sky and it has now been forwarded to the appropriate team to investigate.

Yes same for me and very annoying particularly as I like recording dramas broadcast in episodes.. What is going on ?

As previous post - this has been reported to Sky who are working on a fix.
