Sky HD channels

Iv got sky HD on SkyQ sports and movies work but sky Atlantic etc all say I need subscription to watch these programs in HD but I 100% have these, tried all the normal stuff tried a callback in skyq card

Do you have SKY HD & not just the SKY sports HD add on ?

If you don't have the SKY HD (i.e. non sports) then:

As the default download quality is set to HD (high Definition) not SD then when you try to download and watch from SKY Atlantic & others you are prompted to upgrade (i.e. take out the HD subscription)

You, probably, just need to change your download preference to SD
Main Menu -> Settings -> Setup -> Preferences

(Please note this setting can only be set on the Main box)
