We are getting the you no longer can watch BBC HD due to equipment only in sd.

The thing is we have a skyQ box already so surely we shouldn't have to upgrade.

Only on the BBC channels.

I've had a look around on hd and found bbc1 and 2 on 801 and 802

Try doing a restart of your Sky Q (turn off at wall socket, wait 30 secs, turn back on). You should find that the BBC HD channels move to 101 & 102
