&lt;P&gt;I’ve escalated your post to Sky and the Messaging Team should contact you later. Make sure you mention the frequency of this issue. They may suggest a replacement viewing card?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I think you know the process. You’ll have&lt;STRONG&gt; 48 hours &lt;/STRONG&gt;to click on it and start the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to a chat reply within &lt;STRONG&gt;48 hours &lt;/STRONG&gt;the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved.       <title>Sky Cinema Problems (again)</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Good evening all,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This seems to be a problem I encounter every 3 months or so. I already subscribe to sky cinema but randomly every so often, it says I need to subscribe to watch any movies.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;it was working absolutely fine earlier today, and just sat down this evening to finish the movie and I'm met by the blue screen.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can I please get some help?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Dan&lt;/P&gt;</description>
