I have 2 Sky Q miniboxes, one won't turn on and has a constsnt red light

Sky Q box plus 2 sky Q mini boxes. One of the mini boxes won't turn on and has a constant red LED. I have completed all the resets ECT many times but still won't turn on, any ideas?

Hi @JohnnieC

Have you tried pressing the Standby button (Amber led) on the front of the mini box.
If this turns the mini box on
Try completly resetting your mini Bluetooth remote.
Press and hold 7 & 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times.
Then make sure that you are pointing your remote at the mini box and press 1 & 3 together until the led flashes and follow onscreen instructions to re- pair.

Oldfella, thanks for the quick reply... Unfortunatly this still doesn't work. I have a constant red LED on the front and all the various resets do nothing.
