      <title>Over 3 weeks for an engineer visit</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;No satellite signal means an engineer visit. First available slot is I've been given is over 3 weeks away.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Given the amount I am paying for Sky this is a total farce. They should be repairing within 24 hours. This is beyond dreadful customer service and a way to reduce their costs by not having many engineers and therefore trying to increase profits. I am paying for a blue screen.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I guess it makes my choice to ditch Sky a lot easier.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There is zero justification for such a lot wait, although I'll like to hear their pathetic attempt at one?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks, storms have not been bad in my area, it can only be a total lack of staff with Sky cutting corners on costs. They'll just lose customers as a result and be counter productive.
