Missing channels

Hi, every other channel on my Sky Q box isn't working, it displays no satellite signal. I have tried all the resetting and still won't come on. When I disconnect one of my coax cables I get no signal on all channels. It looks like to me that the second coax has a fault or the LMB is faulty.

Hi @BriR

Carefully check the central F connector conductor in the cable that appears faulty.

The central copper conductor should be straight and not bent or touching any of the wire screen or housing. It should also protrude approx 2mm.

Looks like you need a Sky Engineer to check @BriR
