&lt;P&gt;Sorry to hear about the intermittent issue you have both been having with your Sky Q.&amp;nbsp; I'd like to escalate you both over to our Community Messaging Team just to run through some support steps to try and resolve this.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I’ve escalated your post to Sky and the Messaging Team may get in touch with you later.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Look out for a blue/red speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. You’ll then have 48 hours to click on it and join the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to each chat reply within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Mine has been doing this for weeks now , new sky&amp;nbsp; q box , software updated , expensive hdmi lead ( tried in every port ) my ps5 and fire stick work fine in the same ports ( unplugged/ disconnected when fault finding) , tv and sky q are in separate&amp;nbsp; sockets (plugs) it's unwatchable , signal is 90 and 90 . Every electrical outlet in the room is empty and off . Even the other rooms . Apps and channels are equally effected. Black screen flashes / blips happen frequently some times we get 20min before it happens other times it everywhere min. Internet is solid too can wfh stream and game with no visible issues&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyone resolved this . ?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I'm also experiencing this issue and it seems to be getting worse.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We bought a brand new tv last year when we forst got sky q and have had picture pixelarion issues since day one. It's so bad we demanded the tv be taken away and repaired. It came back with a brand new CPU but the issue persists. Now as well as pixelarion, we also get the tv flashing black 2 or 3 ti.es in a seco d or 2, then normal again for a random period of time. I know it isn't the tv as when our new tv was away for repair, we replaced it with another and the issue was present on that tv too.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I really need help on this&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
